Job Description
Job Title: SAP Data & Analytics Engineer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced candidate in SAP Datasphere SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) SAP BODS and SAP SLT technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and implementing robust data models and analytics solutions using data tools available from the SAP suite of applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Development:
Create and optimize data models visualizations and dashboards with relevant SAP data tools.
Create efficient endtoend data integrations between SAP systems and nonSAP applications and systems.
Develop various data integration flows in Datasphere using remote tables and CDS views.
Modeling Data actions Story Creation and dashboard design in SAC.
Develop data flows and jobs in SAP BODS adhering to ETL best practices using standard outofthebox queries and userdefined functions.
Replicate data using SLT between S4 and supported onpremises databases.
Develop CDS views to extract SAP data and enable reporting strategies in line with recommendations for costeffective access to data elements and workshops to implement various methods.
Analytics and Reporting:
Build and optimize datadriven reports and dashboards to support business decisionmaking.
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
Collaboration:
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Performance Optimization:
Ensure the performance scalability and reliability of data models and analytics solutions.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
Experience:
7 years of experience in data modeling data warehousing and business intelligence.
Extensive and handson experience with SAP Datasphere SAP Analytics Cloud SAP BODS and SAP SLT.
Handson experience with SAP HANA and SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).
Skills:
Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation languages.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Knowledge of predictive analytics and advanced analytics features in Datasphere SAC is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Datasphere.
Experience working with the Microsoft Power Platform (Apps Automate BI) or similar tools.
Familiarity with cloudbased data solutions and services.
