Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Take the lead to develop winning proposals for major alternative deliver pursuits to assist with company growth
- Work with team of engineers business development officers leadership and proposal professionals to deliver alternative delivery projects
- Anticipate RFQ/RFP releases and spearhead completion process to win work
- Interpret/respond to RFQ/RFP technical requirements with the help of local/international technical experts
Requirements:
- 8 years of engineering proposal writing/coordination experience
- 2 years of proposal writing experience focused on the alternative delivery space (P3 Design/Build Progressive models)
- Connections within the industry (engineering partners contractors)
- Expert knowledge of the local US market related to alternative delivery projects
- Experience with the RFQ/RFP process
- Knowledge of engineering principles terminology and practices
- Ability to accurately communicate technical concepts
- Advanced writing skills
- Keep current on industry standards
Salary is commensurate with experience.
