Job Overview:

We are looking for a Travel and Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategies design engaging travel packages and oversee the seamless execution of client experiences. If you are an enthusiastic creative and travelobsessed professional this is the perfect opportunity for you! You ll work closely with our team to expand our brand s reach develop enticing travel products and ensure the smooth execution of both marketing campaigns and client experiences. You ll be involved in everything from market research to digital content creation and customer relations and you ll have access to travel opportunities that will blow your mind.

Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with suppliers vendors and partners in the travel industry (hotels airlines tour operators etc.).
  

• Oversee the booking process handle client inquiries and resolve any travelrelated issues promptly.
  

• Ensure that all client travel experiences exceed expectations making every journey smooth stressfree and memorable.
  

• Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  

• Manage social media platforms including creating and curating engaging travel content regularly posting and interacting with followers.
  

• Work on email marketing campaigns newsletters and promotional materials that highlight unique travel opportunities.
  

• Create and manage online ads promotions and special offers for targeted travel packages.
  

• Gather customer feedback and testimonials to improve services and build trust.
  

• Provide clients with travel advice and tips ensuring they have all the information they need to have a smooth and enjoyable experience.

• Occasionally we travel to key locations to inspect accommodation tour experiences and activities for the benefit of our clients.
  

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Tourism or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  

• Marketing and social media skills; we will provide training.
  

• 18 years
  

• Able to work (work visa or citizenship) in the USA Canada Mexico Italy or Santo Domingo.
  

• Passion for travel and a deep understanding of the travel destinations and customer needs.
  

• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a customerfirst mindset.
  

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  

• Creativity You re not filling out spreadsheets; you re creating experiences that inspire and excite.
  

• Travel Experience: Firsthand experience traveling to a variety of destinations is a plus but not necessary!
