Role Name: Administrative Assistant HVAC/Mechanical Services Industry

Schedule:

  • Parttime Monday to Friday 9 AM to 1 PM

Job Description

Become the linchpin of a dynamic HVAC and mechanical services company as their Administrative Assistant. In this pivotal role you ll be the first point of contact for highprofile clients including government agencies and businesses nationwide. You ll manage inbound calls orchestrate service schedules and serve as the crucial link between management field technicians and clients. This position offers a unique blend of customer service administrative expertise and operational support with the exciting potential to grow alongside the company. Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Manage and optimize the company s service schedule
  • Serve as the primary liaison between management field technicians and clients
  • Provide highlevel administrative support to the management team
  • Juggle multiple tasks and priorities with ease
  • Master the company s proprietary platform for seamless call management and client interactions
  • Conduct followup calls to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns

Requirements

  • Exceptional English communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong customer service orientation with a knack for building relationships
  • Techsavvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software systems
  • Selfmotivated with excellent time management skills
  • Previous experience in administrative roles preferably in a serviceoriented industry
  • Comfortable working remotely and integrating fully with the company s operations
  • Availability to work 2025 hours per week typically between 8 AM to 1 PM Eastern Time
  • Enthusiasm for growth and willingness to take on expanded responsibilities as the company scales
