About the Role:

The Junior Business Development Executive will support the sales team by identifying new business opportunities generating leads and assisting in the development of strategies to drive growth. This entrylevel position is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience looking to start a career in business development.

Responsibility:

Research and identify potential clients and markets.
Assist in the development of sales and marketing strategies.
Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling email campaigns and social media.
Schedule meetings and followups with potential clients.
Maintain and update CRM systems with relevant client information.
Support the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations.
Participate in team meetings and provide insights and suggestions for improvement.

Requirements


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eagerness to learn and develop in the field of business development.

Desirable:

Internship experience in sales or business development.
Familiarity with CRM software. Knowledge of industry trends and market conditions.
Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.

Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
