xdeck combines a cost and equityfree accelerator with a preseed VC fund supporting startups like Sastrify ProteinDistillery and heyData.
Were one of Germanys top B2B tech accelerators and were growing to make an even bigger impact.
Tasks
Internship duration: 46 months starting April 2025.
What youll gain: Master key skills in startup analysis pitching and operational support with flexibility to tailor your experience. Youll gain handson exposure in both accelerator and VC environments.
Your role:
- Scouting: Find top founder teams and bring them to xdeck.
- Coordination: Run sessions and connect startups with partners like Cherry Ventures and McKinsey.
- Support: Organize events manage marketing and assist with VC deal flow.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Highly organized proactive and ready for responsibility.
- Strong analytical and communication skills team player.
- Experience in fastpaced environments (startups VC consulting).
- Bachelors final year masters or gap year in an analytical field.
