Job Title: Refuse Worker with Driver s License
Location: burg VA
Type: Temporary FullTime
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Refuse Worker with a valid driver s license to operate refuse vehicles and support the city s waste collection efforts.
Responsibilities:
Drive city trucks to collect residential refuse.
Perform minor maintenance on vehicles and equipment.
Provide information on refuse policies to the public.
Requirements
Requirements:
Valid driver s license.
Flagger certification preferred or ability to obtain it.
Ability to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Flagger certification preferred or ability to obtain it. Familiarity with landscaping tools and safety practices.
Education
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Flagger certification required or ability to obtain it. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors.
