We are a dynamic and growing company with a strong focus on technology and customer service. We currently manage 120 clients and conduct approximately 50 technology business reviews per quarter. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our clients and we are looking for a highly organized and technically proficient individual to join us as a Remote Departmental Assistant.
Position Overview: We are seeking a Remote Departmental Assistant to support two of our account managers including the owner of the company. This role is critical in ensuring that our client interactions are seamless and efficient. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background preferably with helpdesk experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. They should be highly organized detailoriented and capable of understanding and addressing client concerns independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and prepare for technology business review meetings with clients.
Verify client availability and confirm meetings the day before.
Take detailed notes during meetings and provide followups.
Prepare quotes and track opportunities in our CRM (Keap).
Make contract and billing adjustments as needed.
Monitor inboxes of both account managers and respond to client emails promptly and professionally.
Utilize Life Cycle Insights for tracking client assets users and strategic IT roadmap planning.
Use Autotask for Professional Services Automation (PSA) and Datto RMM for Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM).
Requirements
Previous helpdesk experience ideally in an MSP environment.
Strong technical skills and understanding of IT services and solutions.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to independently respond to client concerns and build quotes.
Proficiency with Keap Life Cycle Insights Autotask and Datto RMM is a plus.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Previous helpdesk experience, ideally in an MSP environment. Strong technical skills and understanding of IT services and solutions. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
