Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible to oversee and manage all client engagements with respect to payroll post payroll
establishment compliance statutory requirements and due diligence services
Manage a team of 3 4 direct reporting employees / account managers handling various client
Establish and maintaining cordial relationship with clients and ensure to attend to concerns or
Set up review and enhance the internal work flow management for effective delivery of the
client engagements as per the agreed scope.
Oversee the invoicing process with process associate & accounts team for the clients handled
and review of collections
Ensure all deliverables agreed as per the scope of engagement with various client organizations
have been fulfilled including the various statutory compliances
Identify gaps / areas of improvements implement and monitor changes for better efficiency &
Report on team and clientrelated updates to Reporting manager / Management.
Explore and capitalize on opportunities for crossselling and upselling our service offerings.
Develop and implement strategies and plans to engage clients and enhance their service
experience with our organization.
Perform other duties as assigned.

4.Working experience on various payroll & compliance software
5.Knowledge sharing and professional insights on HR related queries or updates
Qualification and Work Experience:
Post Graduate in HR specialization with 10 years experience
Preferably Female candidates with an age group of 3040 years.
