About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to assist in managing the Culinary Arts Scholarship program in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Project Coordinator will support the Project Manager and key stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the scholarship program assisting with daytoday operations communications and administrative duties.
Responsibilities
Logistics Support: Coordinate schedules meetings and travel
arrangements for project team members and stakeholders.Key Skills
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage a variety of
project tasks.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detailoriented with the ability to manage and document project activities.
Experience in event planning or coordination.
Ability to manage project timelines and priorities effectively.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g. Trello Asana).
Qualities
A proactive handson approach to supporting projects.
Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Flexibility and adaptability to respond to project needs.
A team player with a collaborative spirit.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree in Project Management Business Administration
Hospitality or a related field.Fluent in Arabic and English.
Experience in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Location & Commitments
Fulltime contracted for a period of 20 months.
Work 5 days a week with flexibility according to project needs.
