Job Description

Education and experience:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, or related field.
At least 2-3 years of experience managing asset services or maintenance projects.
Knowledge of techniques:

Knowledge of Quantitative Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Facilities Asset Management (EAM) systems.
Deep understanding of the principles of predictive and preventive maintenance.
Artistic skills:

Ability to analyze maintenance needs and identify effective solutions.
Planning and organization skills for maintenance scheduling and related project management.
Analytical skills:

Ability to analyze maintenance data and extract trends and recommendations from it.
