Position: Chief Manufacturing Officer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Manufacturing Officer to lead our manufacturing operations in Suez. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our manufacturing processes ensuring efficiency productivity and quality standards are met. The Chief Manufacturing Officer will also play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to improve our manufacturing processes and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies that align with the companys overall goals and objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing operations including production planning scheduling inventory management quality control and maintenance.
- Monitor and analyze production and operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety health and environmental regulations in the manufacturing facilities.
- Lead and develop a team of manufacturing managers and supervisors providing guidance training and support to maximize their potential and drive performance.
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales marketing and procurement to ensure seamless coordination and communication across all functions.
- Stay updated on industry trends technological advancements and best practices to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in our manufacturing processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in a senior manufacturing management role preferably in the food industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and improving manufacturing operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Indepth knowledge of manufacturing processes quality control and safety standards.
- Experience in implementing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
