Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and solving issues via phone email and chat.
  • Assist Romanianspeaking customers with a variety of queries including product information order tracking billing and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex problems and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Follow company protocols and guidelines to ensure highquality service and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and maintain performance targets including response time resolution time and customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications:

  • Native Romanian speaker with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Fluent in English for internal communication and reporting.
  • Prior experience in customer support or a similar role is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong problemsolving skills attention to detail and a customerfirst mindset.
  • Ability to work onsite and be flexible with your schedule including working weekends.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software (CRM systems) is a plus.

Training and Onboarding:

  • Training: 2 weeks of comprehensive onsite training to familiarize you with our systems procedures and products.
  • Nesting Period: 1 week of supervised support (nesting) where you will receive assistance while handling live customer interactions.
