About the Role: Were on the hunt for a dynamic Senior Supply Chain Manager to join the hive on behalf of our clients. In this role youll take ownership of global supply chain management utilizing your expertise in procurement manufacturing and process improvement. If youre passionate about supply chain management and have a proven track record of success in sourcing strategy and supplier management we want to meet you!
Your Mission:
- Work as a key member of the crossfunctional team to manage the material sourcing and transition of new products from Proto to Mass Production.
- Manage the material plan by identifying critical paths constraints contingencies and mitigations to achieve project objectives (cost quality and delivery).
- Monitor documentation release status and maintain supplier communications during the early prototyping phase to ensure the resolution of questioned specifications. Work directly with design engineers and quality when required.
- Obtain and review quotes maintain purchase requisitions and orders for materials and equipment as needed from initial first article inspection (FAI) requirements through preproduction to ensure ontime release.
- Identify gaps in the supply chain (all commodities) globally and take the primary lead for new supplier qualifications by continually assessing market conditions which may affect procurement and materials management strategy.
- Drive supplier sustainability by collaborating with suppliers who share our vision of environmental and social responsibility and actively striving to minimize their impact.

What You Bring:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience with NPI activities and relevant Supply Chain Management Activities.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with SAP.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems (e.g. Arena Agile etc.).
- Wellversed in procurement and sourcing processes with a fundamental understanding of manufacturing and materials planning and all MRPbased activities.
- Excellent communication organization and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with people at all levels of the organization.
- Detailoriented and organized with strong time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage several priorities and small process improvement projects simultaneously.
- Strong ERP system experience SAP preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook).
