Your Impact & Contributions:
- Lead the strategic direction and implementation of the corporate Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) program driving innovation and excellence in medical device management
- Define and execute short and longterm technology assessment strategies that enhance patient care delivery and safety outcomes
- Create and implement customized service delivery plans that optimize medical equipment performance and reliability
- Drive operational excellence through KPI development risk analysis and vendor/contract management
- Build and mentor highperforming HTM teams that consistently exceed regulatory compliance standards
- Spearhead medical device integration initiatives that improve patient care outcomes and operational efficiency
What You Bring to Succeed:
- Track record of success in healthcare technology management program leadership
- Experience developing and implementing medical equipment lifecycle strategies
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements (CMS TJC CLIA AABB NRC)
- Proven ability to build and lead technical teams toward exceptional performance
- Tech School certification or associate degree required; Bachelors degree preferred
- Advanced knowledge of medical equipment across various manufacturers and modalities
- Expertise in capital planning and medical device risk management
- Strong technical acumen with CMMS products and Microsoft Office suite
