Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: Rotational shifts from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Weekly Hours: 39 hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve customer inquiries via phone email and chat channels.
- Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues escalating when necessary.
- Document all interactions and maintain detailed records.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
- Collaborate with the team to improve the customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Native Dutch speaker with strong English communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Adaptable to rotational shifts from Monday to Friday.
- Ability to work well in a team and manage time effectively.
