Job Title: Customer Service Representative Native Dutch Speaker
Location: Barcelona Spain (OnSite)
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: Rotational shifts between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
- Weekly Hours: 39 hours
Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information through phone email and chat.
- Offer product and service details and assist with troubleshooting.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently escalating complex cases as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Foster customer satisfaction with friendly and professional communication.
- Work closely with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Native Dutch speaker with strong English language skills.
- Experience in customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours within a MondaytoFriday schedule.
- Strong team player with effective time management skills.
