Our client is a leading automotive distributorship in the region specializing in the sales and service of continental automotive brands. They are currently seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Sales Manager to lead their sales team.
As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing the sales team and driving sales growth for the dealership. You will be in charge of developing and implementing sales strategies setting sales targets steering and managing the sales team and overseeing the sales process. Your main goal will be to increase sales volume and profitability for the dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
Set sales goals and quotas for the sales team and monitor their performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Train and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets and provide ongoing support and guidance.
Prepare sales reports and present them to the management team.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Participate in sales meetings conferences and events to promote the company and its products/services.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on market trends.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
