  Job Description

• Assigned Product

  A service that enables easy implementation of Chat on websites.

  Specific Responsibilities

  (You dont need to master all areas. Start by improving the areas youre skilled in.)

  • Deepening understanding of our service and conducting integration and consulting with other services and clientmanaged services.
  • Managing team members (1on1 meetings recruitment and performance evaluations).
  • Project progression (in collaboration with the Project Manager confirming progress and providing time estimates).
  • Implementing and reviewing design and code and providing guidance.
  • Enhancing team productivity by establishing development standardization refining CI/CD and coding rules.
  • Organizing data analysis and making datadriven decisions for next actions.

  Experiences Gained in This Position

  • Taking initiative in the growing chatbot market.
  • Learning management collaboratively through management training advice from the CTO directors and senior managers and 2on1 sessions with the director joining 1on1 meetings.
  • Gaining experience in operating largescale web services directly linked to revenue and user base.
  • Building systems optimized for browsers such as Chrome and Safari.
  • Working in an environment where decisionmaking and strategy proposals are driven by communication.

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience in Web application development more than 3 years (Regardless language)

  • Knowledge of project management or experience in related training

Annual Salary:

based on experience ability and previous work experience

*Above amount include fixed overtime allowance (50 hours)
