Job Title: Team Manager

Overview / Summary:
As part of our expansion strategy we are looking for a Team Manager to manage our consultants assigned to clients.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Lead a team of consultants ensuring they have the support needed to work effectively and deliver highquality results.
- Drive talent development by motivating team members providing feedback setting growth goals and promoting training opportunities.
- Oversee performance management by tracking each team members performance identifying areas for improvement and celebrating successes.
- Ensure quality assurance by delivering work that meets company standards and expectations.
- Coordinate project results to meet deadlines and objectives aligned with company strategy and client needs.
- Act as the point of contact between the technical team and clients managing expectations and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Anticipate and resolve technical or management challenges making necessary adjustments to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and synergy including teams like sales HR and operations.
- Manage resource allocation to ensure the team has the necessary tools budgets and time for successful project execution.
- Participate in the recruitment process from defining profiles to selecting new team member.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Higher education in HR Administration Management or similar areas.
- Ideally 2 years experience supporting consultancy or project management teams.
- Languages: fluent Portuguese; advanced English; Spanish is a plus.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and punctuality.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Easy to solve problems.
- Good collaboration with other departments and clients.
