About the Role: Were on the hunt for a dynamic Real Estate Finance Associate to join the hive on behalf of our clients. In this role youll take ownership of real estate financing matters utilizing your expertise in real estate transactions and legal drafting. If youre passionate about real estate finance and have a proven track record of success in legal negotiations and client management we want to meet you!
Your Mission:
- Manage client projects endtoend including loan document preparation and negotiation and stakeholder management (project management legal expertise negotiation).
- Review and analyze due diligence data leveraging tools such as Excel and legal research databases (data analysis reporting financial analysis).
- Lead crossfunctional teams to deliver on strategic goals (team leadership communication collaboration).
- Utilize legal drafting skills preparing complex legal documents and agreements (legal drafting writing proficiency).
Core Competencies:
- Real estate transactions (financing acquisition disposition).
- Legal expertise & document preparation (loan documents legal agreements).
- Data analysis & reporting (Excel legal research tools).
- Leadership & communication (team management presentation skills).
What You Bring:
- Bachelors degree in Law or related field or JD degree (preferred).
- 5 years of experience in real estate finance or legal field (e.g. law firm corporate legal department).
- Expertise in legal research and drafting such as due diligence reviews and loan document preparation.
- Strong skills in leadership problemsolving communication and data analytics.
Skills Required:
- Project Management: PMP Agile Scrum
- Data Analysis & Reporting: SQL Excel Tableau Power BI
- Team Leadership & Communication: Collaboration people management presentation skills
- Legal Expertise: Real estate law legal drafting negotiation
Certifications:
- PMP CPA or Lean Six Sigma
- Additional certifications that boost qualifications (JD Bar membership)
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Law or related field
- JD degree or Masters degree in related field (preferred)
