We are currently looking for a Customer Support Agent (m/f/d) for our Danish market.
Naturida is a young and dynamic ecommerce company based in Berlin. Our focus is on the development of innovative cosmetics wellness and health brands.
The job could also be interesting for former Customer Success and Customer Happiness Managers.
Tasks
As a Customer Service Agent you will be the first point of contact for our customers through email and chat delivering the best possible experience.
- Answering customer inquiries by email and chat in a timely personal and professional manner that exceeds the customersexpectations
- Keeping our FAQs up to date.
- Translate various texts from German or English into Danish.
- Keep an eye on customer feedback and help us build our community.
Requirements
How you can convince us:
Just like everyone at Naturida we believe you are a social open communicative and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism who can also work indepently.
- You are fluent in Danish. Good level in German is a plus.
- You have experience working with customers listening to their needs and providing the best solutions.
- You already have experience in the world of ecommerce support (Shopify and Gorgias).
- You are interested in beauty and health products.
- You have exceptional organisation skills.
