Tasks
- Diagnose and resolve L3 technicalfunctional incidents (e.g. analyzing log files from applications and middleware)
- Maintain documentation for software solutions in the Manufacturing/PLD/HSE domain
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for the service
- Contribute to the implementation of change requests
- Participate in problem analysis and root cause reviews as needed
- Support technical obsolescence management and roadmap planning
Requirements
- 5 years experience
- Experience in Manufacturing / PLD / MDM Products / HSE)
- Windows Apache Oracle JBoss MySQL Linux Tomcat SQL Server Networking (Advanced)
- Cybersecurity (Basic)
