JobSummary:
The Sales Trainee will work alongside the sales team to support and drive client acquisition and
conversion efforts. This entrylevel position is ideal for motivated individuals who are eager to build a
career in sales within the immigration and visa consulting industry. The role involves client
engagement lead generation and contributing to a dynamic team dedicated to helping clients succeed
in their emigration aspirations.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement :
o Schedule and conduct preliminary calls to inform clients about our services and
understand their immigration needs.
o Support the sales team in converting leads into active clients by providing accurate
information and building rapport.
Sales Support and Documentation:
o Help maintain an organized database of leads and client information ensuring data
accuracy and confidentiality.
Training and Development:
o Participate actively in training sessions to gain a comprehensive understanding of
visa categories immigration policies and sales techniques.
o Seek feedback and work on areas of improvement to grow as a proficient sales
professional.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
o Conduct basic research on immigration trends competitor services and client
demographics to support the sales strategy.
Eligibility Criteria:
Ascendhub Consulting Services
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business Administration Marketing or related
fields preferred).
Experience: 02 years in a sales client service or related role. Prior experience in
immigration consulting or sales is a plus.
Skills Required:
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Confidence in engaging with potential clients and a customerfocused approach.
