You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailYou will support the overall Food & Beverage operation of the hotel to maximize guest satisfaction, team member performance and business results. Your key duties and responsibilities are to promote and ensure guest satisfaction by taking reservations (phone and email), greeting guests and accopamy them to thier table and monitor the table rotation.
Guest Arrival & Vehicle Parking:
Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor, offering assistance with parking and luggage.
Park guests’ vehicles promptly and safely in designated parking areas, ensuring that all vehicles are parked securely.
Handle guests' keys responsibly and maintain an organized and efficient key control system.
Guest Departure & Vehicle Retrieval:
Retrieve guests' vehicles in a timely and efficient manner upon departure.
Ensure that the vehicles are in proper condition and ready for use, including checking the exterior for damage before parking.
Assist guests with luggage when they are departing, ensuring a smooth and pleasant check-out process.
Customer Service & Assistance:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guests’ requests or inquiries regarding parking, directions, or hotel services.
Assist guests with their luggage when necessary, including carrying bags to and from the vehicle.
Remain courteous and professional at all times, creating a positive and memorable first and last impression for guests.
Valet Parking & Vehicle Maintenance:
Safely and responsibly drive guests’ vehicles, following traffic regulations and hotel protocols at all times.
Ensure that vehicles are parked according to the hotel's parking plan, making efficient use of available spaces.
Inspect vehicles for any damage upon receipt and document any pre-existing conditions for safety and liability purposes.
Liaising with Other Departments:
Work closely with the front desk, concierge, and housekeeping departments to ensure that guest vehicles are returned promptly and guests’ needs are met efficiently.
Communicate any special guest requests or issues to the relevant departments, such as requesting a particular vehicle or special instructions.
Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operation
Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
Excellent guest service skills
Excellent English skills
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in valet or parking services (preferred).
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (required).
Knowledge of local area roads and traffic regulations (preferred).
Skills:
Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members professionally.
Ability to drive a variety of vehicles, including manual transmission, in a safe and responsible manner.
Ability to maintain a calm and courteous demeanor in busy or stressful situations.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on anticipating guest needs.
Ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs) and assist guests with heavy bags when needed.
