Job Description
- Drive results through unwavering standards of cleanliness quality & efficiency
- Focusing on rostering and productivity
- Training and development of team members
- Daily checking of guest rooms and designated staff areas ensuring high levels of cleanliness are maintained according to Hotel standards
- Liaise with other departments and external suppliers
- Promoting a safe working environment
- Physical work when required working in high pressure environments
Qualifications :
- Experience managing teams and collaborating with business stakeholders
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in coordinating rosters and approving payroll
- The ability to achieve results in a fast paced environment
- Effective computer skills
- A passion for guest satisfaction
- Familiar with Risk Management WHS legislation and Sustainability Practices
- Full working rights in Australia
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
