WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated leader to join our team who will report to and working collaboratively with the Food & Beverage Services Manager. This role is key to bringing the Resorts casual dining concepts to life while leading and inspiring the team instilling a culture of guest passion and drive financial performance.
This role will work across The Green Dining The Cart Bar & Kitchen Conferencing & Events and the seasonal poolside Oasis Bar.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
- A leader genuinely passionate for providing exceptional customer service motivated to train and develop a team to share this enthusiasm
- Excellent communication skills and high standard of grooming and personal presentation
- Previous leadership experience in hospitality with a focus on guest service and team engagement including the ability to train others on their in trend product knowledge for wine cocktails and barista skills
- Previous experience in Restaurant Bar and Conference & Events will be highly regarded
- Computer literate with strong administration skills with experience in ResDiary Micros Applications and Opera PMS highly regarded
- The ability and flexibility to work across a seven day rotating roster including late nights weekends and public holidays
- Currently hold or be willing and able to obtain both Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Management of Licensed Venues (RMLV) certificates.
