Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Corporate Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting partner companies to distribute employee salary advance cards, ensuring a smooth distribution process, and maintaining positive relationships with these companies.


Key Responsibilities:

Visit partner companies to distribute employee salary advance cards to employees.

Ensure the smooth and efficient distribution of salary advance cards.

Maintain and nurture positive relationships with partner companies to foster ongoing collaboration and support.

Address any issues or concerns that arise during the distribution process and provide excellent customer service to both employees and partner companies.

Collect feedback from employees and partner companies to improve the distribution process and overall experience.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery and availability of salary advance cards.
Sales & Negotiation Skills:

Proven track record of success in B2B sales or corporate sales, with the ability to engage, persuade, and negotiate with senior decision-makers.
Expertise in the consultative sales process, identifying customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and closing large-scale deals.
Ability to handle complex sales cycles, from initial prospecting to closing deals and managing ongoing relationships.
Proficient in negotiation and contract management, with experience in securing favorable terms for both the client and the company.
Relationship Management:

Strong ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at corporate client organizations.
Capable of managing multiple accounts and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Experience in managing account retention, ensuring clients continue to see value in products/services and renew contracts.
Market & Industry Knowledge:

Understanding of the company’s products and services, as well as a deep understanding of the industry and competitive landscape.
Ability to conduct market research, identify trends, and anticipate client needs.
Familiarity with the corporate purchasing process and the ability to identify potential business opportunities.
Sales Strategies & Target Achievement:

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, both in terms of revenue and new business acquisition.
Skilled in sales forecasting and managing sales pipelines to ensure consistent lead generation and conversion.
Experience with sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales,


Desired candidate profile


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
CRM & Sales Tools Proficiency:

Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) to track sales activities, manage client relationships, and generate reports.
Proficiency in using sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, or SalesLoft to prospect, engage, and follow up with potential clients.
Communication & Presentation Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas in a clear and concise manner to senior-level stakeholders.
Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and other prospecting techniques to generate new business leads.
Ability to create and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos tailored to specific client needs.
Time Management & Organization:

Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts and sales opportunities simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and manage personal sales goals while contributing to team objectives.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven with strong time management skills.
Customer-Centric Approach:

A customer-first mentality, always striving to meet client needs and provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sales process.
Ability to proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs and company offerings.
