The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results, and providing ongoing reports to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with various departments to identify trends, develop insights, and contribute to strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
•Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
•Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data and present findings to stakeholders.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide analytical support.
•Conduct ad-hoc analyses to answer specific business questions and provide actionable recommendations.
•Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular data validation and quality checks.
•Assist in the development of data collection processes and tools to enhance data quality.
•Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.

Data Visualization & Reporting:
•Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
•Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
•Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
•Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Looker Studio).
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
•Familiarity with statistical analysis and modeling techniques is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience in Marketing Analytics.
•Knowledge of machine learning concepts and techniques.
•Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
