Job Description
Our client is looking for a Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to perform all financial and payroll related functions to develop and implement the Companys financial strategy and operations by providing executive oversight leadership and strategic direction in the execution of financial activities at the organisation ;as per the attached.
- Maintainin a close liaison with the accounting authority and the executive team
- Responding to changing needs for finanicial information and advice
- Contributing to the financial aspects of the strategic planning process
- Ensuring that internal financial targets and budgets are fully consistent with the strategic plna and relevant agreements with the Accounting Authorority and other Regulatory bodies
- Managing working capital assets and liabilities
- Managing the accounting and finanvce staff
- Managing expenditure
- Managing revenue
