Job Title: Sales Manager – Business Loan (DSA)
Location: Lucknow
CTC Upto 8LPA
Reports To: Sales Director / Head of Business Lending
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager – Business Loan to DSA of sales professionals in promoting business loan products. This role involves driving sales growth managing client relationships and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business lending leadership skills and a passion for helping businesses access financing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business loan growth.
- Lead mentor and manage a sales team to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients.
- Present loan proposals and guide clients through the loan process.
- Collaborate with internal teams (credit underwriting marketing) to ensure smooth loan processing.
- Monitor sales performance report on KPIs and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of sales experience with 3 years in business lending or financial services.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of business loan products and financial statements.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
