Our client is a leading construction material manufacturer who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
- Accompany the Sales Team support sales activities by implementing consulting activities for customers on products and solutions for tile adhesives waterproofing and construction chemicals including solutions related construction.
- Develop technical documents and construction methods for related products and applications
- Coordinate with QC and R&D departments in performing internal product quality assessments
- Implement consulting activities on construction methods and construction instructions at the construction site for contractors.
- Support to resolve customer complaints or questions about products and applications directly at the construction site
- Support and advise contractors to check and evaluate construction quality when necessary.
- Consult and support contractors in testing product samples or applications as required
- Instruct contractors on how to test and evaluate product quality according to standards; Instruct contractors how to process test samples according to standards.
- Deploy training activities on products applications andconstruction to Sales and Customers.
- Report activities within the scope of responsibility along with related technical proposals to Superiors
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Construction Materials Construction Chemicals or any related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience working in the field of Construction Materials and Construction Chemicals
- Understanding in Construction and Construction Materials
- Have the ability to work in groups and coordinate with relevant departments
- Able to internal and external customers
- Resolve issues related to Customer Questions and Complaints
- Proficient communication and presentation skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft skills
- Careful sure meticulous sociable and eagertolearn attitude
- Withstand high pressure at work
- Ability to follow up with customers (when needed)
- Ready to go to markets in the Northern provinces to closely follow business activities & support sales/customers
