About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Marketing and Administration Coordinator. This role will be crucial in supporting the growth of all four brands through a combination of digital marketing website management and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Website Management:
Maintain and update websites for all four brands (WordPress experience essential)
Build landing pages for specific products and services (e.g. Cross marketing across brands digital lock upgrades)
Update product information and ensure accuracy across all websites
Optimise website content for search engines (SEO)
Digital Marketing:
Develop and execute marketing strategies across all brands
Create engaging social media content (posts graphics stories) that highlight the unique selling points of each brand
Manage social media accounts and online listings
Run paid advertising campaigns (PayPerClick) and optimise for costeffectiveness
Analyse campaign performance and adjust budgets/keywords accordingly
Explore and recommend new marketing opportunities
Administration:
Process key order forms and manage customer inquiries
Provide general administrative support to the team (as needed)
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a marketing role
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
Essential: Experience with WordPress website management
Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva Adobe Creative Suite etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel etc.)
Experience with social media marketing and website management
Knowledge of SEO principles
Familiarity with the locksmith or security industry (a plus)
