Your Future Role: The Essentials
Be part of our client s team as a NetSuite Software Engineer where you ll enhance ERP systems develop custom solutions and optimize business processes. You ll collaborate across departments implementing best practices coding customizations and maintaining seamless functionality all within a supportive environment that values your technical expertise and career growth.
Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00 am 5:00 pm EST
Work Setup: Onsite in Bogota/Medellin
What You ll Achieve in This Role
- Manage and optimize ERP systems focusing on seamless HubSpot integration and enhanced business processes.
- Collaborate with various departments to analyze needs implement solutions and provide ongoing ERP support.
- Work within Bring IT s structured team following specifications received through Jira for project management.
- Participate in coding and developing custom solutions within NetSuite to support critical business functions.
- Conduct analysis design coding evaluation modification testing and implementation of scripts and new functionalities in NetSuite ERP.
- Apply best practices to ensure efficient and highquality development processes.
- Generate detailed documentation of workflows test results data flowcharts diagrams layouts and code comments.
- Attend Scrum and other team alignment meetings to ensure smooth project coordination.
Requirements
What You Bring to the Team
- Minimum 1 year of experience with NetSuite
- Proficiency in JavaScript with at least 1 year of experience
- Knowledge of system architecture objectoriented design and web frameworks
- Familiarity with Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) and source control systems
- Experience with Git and Jira
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional NetSuite experience
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor s degree in accounting (CPA preferred)
- Background in IT or business consulting
- Knowledge of APIs and data integration processes
- Certification in ERP systems or HubSpot is a plus
- Functional knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite Consultant experience is a plus)
Language Proficiency:
- English level: C1
