Summary
To develop and maintain the Redzone Web applications using Vue.js and TypeScript ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience for manufacturing frontline teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance manufacturing workflows in the Redzone Web applications.
- Complete delivery work committed during the sprint to achieve business goals.
- Help the business maintain a competitive edge by leveraging the latest Web technologies.
- Rely on feature flags to rapidly deploy and iterate on new features and lower the risk of delivering software to production.
- Provide subject matter expertise during incidents to resolve customer issues quickly.
- Participate in forums to explore interests outside of the sprint work and contribute ideas to continuously improve the system.
- Commit to the team to help the team and the wider business achieve our goals.
- Write testable and maintainable code.
Required skills
- 5 years of experience building software applications.
- 3 years of experience developing Vuejs applications.
- Skilled in designing APIs using OAS for clear standardized documentation.
- Experienced in autogenerating API endpoints and models from OAS specs.
- Expertise in BFF architecture to optimize frontendbackend communication.
- Advanced knowledge of Vue.js for building modern reactive user interfaces.
- Proficient with WebStorm as the primary IDE for efficient development.
- Expertise in serverside JavaScript development with Node.js.
- Familiar with modern frameworks like Bun Deno and Nest.js for diverse backend solutions.
- Strong experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Focus on writing modular maintainable and testable code.
- Experience with trunkbased development for streamlined version control and faster CI/CD cycles.
- Skilled in feature flagging using LaunchDarkly for controlled feature releases.
- Proficient in setting up CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for automated workflows.
- Experienced in containerization with Docker for consistent environments and deployment.
