This is a remote position.
Schedule: Monday Friday; 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Seattle WA Time (12:00 AM to 9:00 AM Manila time)
Responsibilities:
Manage new incoming draw requests with borrower response Dynamics 365 input & Online set up with vendor
Manage Inspection Reports including SharePoint upload drawsheet input and Dynamics update
Prepare Construction Portfolio Report
Assist in Budget revisions as necessary
Assist in Insurance Monitoring
Review daily insurance mail and upload appropriate documents
Reach out to agents regarding past due or canceled insurance
Invoicing borrowers for insurance
Perform Quality Control reviews on postboarding draws and extensions
Attend daily/weekly Department L10 Meetings as scheduled
To support the Team by performing file & document QCs construction draw activity and other noncustomer facing loan activities.
Work closely with some of the vendors that our partners with for loan servicing functions.

Requirements
- Proficient in the Microsoft 365 suite of products.
- Some experience in Mortgage Lending
- Basic understanding of Accounting principles
- Excellent problemsolving skills involving good judgment and risk assessment in a fastpaced environment
- Possess great attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
- Must be a dependable selfstarter
- Background in invoicing loans mortgage
- Excellent grammatical oral communication writing spelling and proofreading skills with ability to express yourself clearly and effectively in writing
- Strong knowledge of MS Windows MS Teams PC spreadsheets and PC word processing.
- Strong familiarity with networked computer systems and mainframe
- High speed internet
- Camera for meeting attendance training and screen sharing
- Will be expected to perform their duties fully remotely and will be expected to check email phone and text messages throughout the day and respond in a timely fashion consistent with a normal company workday.
