Job Description
Job Title: Respiratory Therapist / CRTT or RRT
Location: Warden WA
Type: Direct Hire
Position Overview:

Located in Warden WA this opportunity offers a welcoming community of 25000 people a large freshwater lake and over 300 days of sunshine annually. The region is known for its scenic beauty a small airport a local university and outdoor activities. The facility serves a population of approximately 77000.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an AMAaccredited twoyear Respiratory Care Practitioner program (or equivalent per state regulations).
- Certification or licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in Washington State.
- CRT RRT eligible or RRT credentialed by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
- Preferred: Minimum of 2 years of experience.
Compensation and Schedule:
- Fulltime position with 12hour shifts from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm.
- Competitive hourly wage
- Shift differentials: $3 per hour (evenings) $4 per hour (nights) and $2.25 per hour (weekends).
- $15000 signon bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including relocation assistance up to $5000.
Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized respiratory assessment and care for patients with respiratory conditions.
- Recommend treatment plans and administer care as directed by physicians and hospital protocols.
Additional Information:
- Reports to a respected Director and is part of a supportive collaborative team environment.
