Role Description:
If you re looking for a remote role in the travel industry that allows you to work at your own pace this Remote Travel Specialist role could be a perfect fit. You ll guide clients through booking dream vacations from family trips to adventurous getaways all from the comfort of your own workspace. No prior experience is necessary free training and ongoing support are provided.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in booking trips including flights accommodations and activities.
- Provide tailored travel recommendations and manage booking details to meet client preferences.
- Answer client inquiries promptly via phone email or chat.
- Organize and deliver itineraries travel documents and confirmations.
- Manage changes cancellations and assist clients with unexpected travel needs.
- Keep updated on industry trends travel deals and supplier incentives.
Required Skills:
- Customer Service: Friendly clientcentered approach for topnotch service.
- Communication: Effective verbal and written skills for smooth interactions.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in booking details and trip itineraries.
