Key Responsibilities:
Combine your proven leadership and Facilities Management technical expertise to enhance existing (or new) client programs including short and longrange planning construction/renovation projects preventative and corrective maintenance energy management grounds and landscaping janitorial mail room operations shipping and receiving laboratory services and data center management services.

- A proven track record of successful Facilities Management leadership experience as demonstrated by articulated results and accomplishments.
- Strong technical knowledge of the following: mechanical electrical plumbing HVAC structural safety systems architectural landscape and energy management.
- Responsible for the buildings which may include space planning and layout maintenance janitorial building security and mail services.

- Basic Management Experience 3 years
- Basic Functional Experience 3 years
- Experience with boilers is required.
- Experience in managing large complex properties managing maintenance technicians in HVAC Plumbing Electrical Paint and Repair.
- 3 years of Management experience.
- 3 years of Functional experience.

- Boiler Experience: Specific details on any boiler repair and maintenance experience.
- Team Management: Clear mention of the number of people managed on past teams.
- Project Scope and Budget: Descriptions of projects worked on including scope and budgetary responsibilities.
- Resume Quality: Candidates must submit a typofree resume that clearly outlines relevant experience responsibilities and accomplishments.
- Boiler Experience: Specific details on any boiler repair and maintenance experience.
