Job Description

Were working with a Construction Company in FL to bring a Fence Installer for small or large ongoing Commercial & Residential Fence Contracts in the Tampa Bay area. MUST live within a 20mile radius. Our client is looking for a small business owner or selfemployed for potential partnership. This is a great opportunity to grow an existing business and/or start a new business venture.

Responsibilities:

  • Remove & Install fences for residential/commercial projects ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Prepare and level sites; read blueprints and specs.
  • Ensure job site safety and follow local regulations.
  • Maintain client satisfaction through professionalism and quality assurance.
  • Conduct site cleanup postinstall and minor repairs as needed.


Requirements


  • Must be able to WORK INDEPENDENTLY!
  • Minimum of 5years in fence installation with a strong background in Vinyl Fencing.
  • Must have a truck and tools.
  • Ready to begin work immediately.
  • SelfEmployed with an existing LLC is preferred but not necessary.
  • A strong work ethic is 100% Required. (References.)
