As Managing Director you will develop new business in Propower our professional staffing business. You will lead in a fastpaced highgrowth environment managing sales and recruiting profitably and effectively while entering new markets with sustainable competitive advantages.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Relationship Management
Identify and bring in new business.
People Management
Foster a positive inclusive and highperformance culture within the organization.
Establish incentive programs.
Oversee talent acquisition retention and succession planning.
Recruit develop and lead highperformance teams.
Strategic Leadership
Work with key stakeholders to define the company s direction and longterm goals.
Anticipate threats identify opportunities and develop effective strategies.
Operational Management
Oversee daily operations while maintaining programs of continual process improvement.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as necessary.
Financial Oversight
Manage program budgets with effective financial planning forecasting and controls.
Ensure the financial health of the organization through sound fiscal management.
Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Risk Management and Compliance
Ensure that the company adheres to all legal and regulatory requirements.
Identify and mitigate risks to the companys reputation financial standing or operational efficiency.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor s degree in business administration Management Finance or related field.
MBA or equivalent is preferred.
Experience
5 to 7 years of experience in senior leadership role
3 to 5 years of experience in managing a diverse team and overseeing multiple disciplines.
Able to demonstrate successful business practices resulting in growth and operational efficiencies.
Strong experience in product development marketing or sales.
Abilities

LOCATION & WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position is fulltime and requires at least 3days a week in our Okemos Michigan office.
