Position Title: Real Estate Sales RepresentativeWork Setup: Work from Home/Work Onsite
Salary: Php 35000.00 Php 45000.00
Schedule: Monday Friday 12:00 AM 8:30 AM PH Time

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A REAL ESTATE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Responsibilities as a Real Estate Sales Representative:
Assist buyers and sellers in purchasing selling or renting properties.
Present and promote available properties to potential buyers and investors through open houses site visits and virtual tours.
Identify and generate leads through networking cold calling online platforms and referrals.
Conduct property market research and stay updated on market trends pricing and competition.
Evaluate clients property needs and preferences suggesting suitable properties based on their criteria.
Negotiate terms and prices prepare purchase agreements and manage transactions through to closing.
Collaborate with mortgage brokers home inspectors contractors and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions.
Maintain uptodate listings and ensure accurate marketing materials and online profiles.
Provide aftersales support to clients and build longterm relationships to foster repeat business.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications as a Real Estate Sales Representative:
Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Real Estate or a related field.
Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Representative with 23 years of real estate sales experience.
Strong understanding of the local real estate market and real estate regulations.
Excellent communication negotiation and customer service skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and real estate platforms.
Ability to work independently manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.
Experience in commercial real estate or investment property sales.
