NOK Human Capital is hiring Moderator for one of the biggest media & advertising agencies originally located in France.

Job Description:

Review usergenerated content on social media platforms to ensure it aligns with community guidelines. Identify and moderate content that violates policies related to hate speech harassment violence and other prohibited behaviors.

Implement and enforce social media platform policies consistently and fairly. Provide clear and constructive feedback to users regarding content violations and necessary actions.

Investigate and resolve userreported content issues taking appropriate actions based on established protocols. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address complex or escalated cases.

Stay updated on industry trends emerging issues and changes in social media policies. Provide insights and recommendations for policy improvements based on evolving content trends.

Maintain accurate records of content moderation activities and produce regular reports on key metrics. Document and escalate issues that require attention beyond the moderation teams scope.

Contribute to the creation of educational materials to help users understand community guidelines and expectations. Participate in outreach efforts to raise awareness about responsible social media usage.

Job Requirements:

6 months experience as a Moderator

Excellent up to Fluent English level
