longterm relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Conduct interviews and selection procedures including screening calls assessments and inperson interviews using the CBI approach.
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events and create employer branding initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Specialist or similar role (preferred in a fastpaced environment).
Familiarity with social media resume databases and professional networks.
Handson experience with fullcycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
