Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Admin and Accounts Officer to join our team remotely for the UK office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the companys administrative and accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative tasks such as answering phone calls responding to emails and maintaining office supplies
- Prepare and maintain financial records including invoices payments and receipts
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
- Process payroll and maintain employee records
- Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office equipment and supplies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle any other tasks assigned by the management
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
