JOB DETAILS:
- Position: Cybersecurity Engineer
- Location: Lisbon or Porto
- Work Model: Hybrid
DAYTODAY DUTIES:
As a Cybersecurity Engineer at Top Sigma you will:
- Serve as a Cybersecurity Lead for client projects ensuring compliance with established guidelines and best practices throughout all project phases.
- Review and Develop Security Documentation ensuring alignment with internal and clientspecific cybersecurity standards.
- Provide Consulting Services on information security requirements related to procurement and supplier management enhancing security within the supply chain.
- Collaborate with Legal Teams on contract reviews to ensure information security clauses align with organizational standards.
- Promote Security by Design Principles guiding clients on best practices from project inception to completion.
- Enhance Security Processes by defining and refining security policies procedures and documentation to align with evolving cybersecurity demands.
- Develop and Track KPIs related to cybersecurity efforts delivering actionable insights for security performance across projects.
- Conduct Security Risk Analysis challenging existing methods and recommending improvements based on ISO 27001 and other relevant standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in cybersecurity engineering roles with demonstrated ability to manage security protocols within largescale projects.
- Strong understanding of ISO 27001 and other cybersecurity standards.
- Familiarity with Security by Design principles and risk assessment methodologies.
- Handson experience developing security documentation including policies procedures and project documentation.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams including legal and procurement departments.
- Consultative mindset to guide cybersecurity best practices tailored to client needs.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate security performance data and track meaningful KPIs.
- Ability to identify risks proactively and offer actionable recommendations to improve security frameworks.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP CISM ISO 27001 Lead Implementer) are a plus.
