If youre fluent in Dutch and English this parttime role offers you a chance to represent one of the worlds top fashion brands and help customers with their inquiries and needs.
Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative youll be the voice of a leading fashion company helping customers with their questions order issues returns and more. Youll ensure that each interaction leaves customers delighted and supported.
What Youll Do:
- Engage & Assist: Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions across various channels.
- Deliver TopNotch Support: Respond quickly and effectively to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Represent the Brand: Uphold the companys image through each interaction ensuring professionalism and warmth.
Work Schedule:
- Hours: Parttime 30 hours per week
- Shift: Monday to Friday 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Compensation & Perks:
- Annual Salary: 14200 EUR
- KPI Bonus: Up to 1060 EUR annually based on performance
- Monthly Breakdown: Approximately 1271 EUR per month (including up to 88 in KPI bonus)
