About the Role:
Cross Border Talents is urgently hiring a Dutchspeaking Customer Service Representative for a parttime position with a worldrenowned fashion brand in vibrant Barcelona. If youre fluent in Dutch and English this role is a fantastic opportunity to work in customer support helping clients with their fashion inquiries orders and returns.
What Youll Do:
- Provide Excellent Support: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and warmth.
- Be the Voice of the Brand: Represent one of the worlds top fashion names ensuring each customer interaction is seamless and positive.
- Enjoy a Balanced Schedule: Parttime role ideal for those looking to work 30 hours a week.
Work Schedule:
- Hours: Parttime 30 hours per week
- Shift: Monday to Friday 3:00 PM 9:00 PM
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual Salary: 14200 EUR
- KPI Bonus: Up to 1060 per year based on performance
- Relocation Support:
- Flight reimbursement up to 500 EUR
- Assistance in finding accommodation in Barcelona
