The Role:
Cross Border Talents is urgently recruiting a Dutchspeaking Customer Service Representative for a parttime role with this globally recognized fashion company based in Barcelona. As a customer service representative youll be a key player in delivering toptier support to customers assisting them with inquiries orders and returns. This is an immediate opening for individuals fluent in Dutch and English offering you the chance to work in a fastpaced engaging environment where youll represent a brand that is synonymous with style and innovation.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Customer Interaction: Provide worldclass customer service to Dutchspeaking clients answering inquiries across various channels including email chat and phone.
- Issue Resolution: Assist customers with their orders returns product availability and more ensuring a positive experience throughout.
- Brand Representation: Youll be an ambassador for one of the biggest names in global fashion ensuring that each interaction maintains the brands high standards of customer care.
- Support with Personalization: Help customers navigate their shopping experience suggesting products and providing tailored assistance to enhance their overall experience.
Role Details:
- PartTime: 30 hours per week
- Shift: Monday to Friday 15:00 21:00
- Location: Onsite in Barcelona
What Youll Receive:
- Competitive Salary: 14200 EUR annually
- KPI Bonus: Up to 1060 EUR annually based on performance

What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in Dutch (C2) and English (B2)

- Eligible to Work in Spain: A valid Spanish Residence Card or EU ID is required.
- Availability for Immediate Start: This is an urgent hire and we are looking for candidates who can jump in quickly.
