The Role:
Cross Border Talents is seeking a Dutchspeaking Customer Service Representative to join this exciting and innovative company. As part of the customer service team you will assist Dutchspeaking customers with inquiries orders and productrelated issues providing topnotch service and solutions.
What Youll Do:
- Provide WorldClass Support: Address customer inquiries via phone email and chat in Dutch.
- Resolve Issues Efficiently: Assist with order management technical support and troubleshooting.
- Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent a global leader in automation technology ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work with a diverse dynamic team to meet company goals and customer needs.
Role Details:
- FullTime: 39 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Location: Onsite in Barcelona
